Terms of Use

Linca Telecomunicações Ltda. provides a content distribution service through an internet application platform called TELIX. This platform allows users to access television channels via the internet on smartphones, tablets, televisions, computers, and other internet-connected devices.

These Terms of Use govern the use of the TELIX service by its users, including content search and viewing, all features and functionalities, recommendations and ratings, the app, the platform, the website, user interfaces, and all content and software associated with the service.
 

1. Use of the service
 

1.1 To use the TELIX service, you must have internet access and a device compatible with the platform.
 

1.2 You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your state, territory, or country to subscribe to the TELIX service. Minors may only use the service under adult supervision.

 

1.3 The TELIX service and all content viewed through it are for personal and non-commercial use only. During your use of the TELIX service, Linca grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view TELIX content.

 

1.4 The TELIX service is regularly updated. Additionally, different aspects of the service are continuously tested, including the platform, user interfaces, and content availability. These updates and tests may cause temporary interruptions or service failures, which will be resolved as quickly as possible.

 

1.5 As the subscription holder, you have access to and control over this account and the compatible devices that can access the paid service. You are responsible for all activity related to your subscription, including use by dependents. To keep your subscription secure and prevent unauthorized access, we recommend that you do not share your login and password.

 

1.6 The quality of TELIX content may vary depending on the device's technology and may be affected by several factors, including your location, available bandwidth, and internet connection speed.

 

1.7 The TELIX software was developed by or for Linca and is designed to enable content viewing on devices compatible with TELIX. This software may vary depending on the device and media. Features and functionalities may also differ by device. You agree that using the service may require third-party software, subject to third-party licenses. You agree that you may receive automatic updates of TELIX and third-party software.

 

2. Cancellation and disclaimer

 

2.1 To cancel the paid service, follow the instructions available at telix.tv.br. You can request cancellation through the cancellation form.

 

2.2 We may also cancel the paid service if you violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Comment Policy, and/or the Subscription Agreement, engage in unauthorized use of the paid service and/or content, or breach any applicable laws or regulations.

 

3. Content and copyrights

 

3.1 The TELIX platform displays content produced by third parties, referred to as content producers.

 

3.2 Linca does not endorse any content or express opinions, recommendations, or advice shared on the TELIX platform and assumes no responsibility for such content. Linca does not allow copyright or intellectual property violations on the TELIX platform and will remove any content duly reported as infringing upon the rights of others.

 

3.3 Linca is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any content published on the TELIX platform. This responsibility lies solely with the content producers.

 

3.4 Linca is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the content or for any material damages arising from the publication of such content.

 

3.5 Linca does not guarantee, endorse, defend, or take responsibility for any products or services advertised or offered by content producers or third parties.

 

4. Notifications

4.1 We will send you any important information, preferably to the email provided during registration (as updated over time). We may also contact you via text message and/or WhatsApp using the phone number provided in your subscription form.

 

5. General

 

5.1 For more information about the TELIX service, its features, and functionalities, please visit the Contact page on the TELIX app or send an email to equipe@telix.tv.br. Linca will assist you in restoring access to TELIX by other means. In case of conflict between these Terms of Use and information provided by customer support, these Terms shall prevail.

 

5.2 If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

 

5.3 Linca may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance before the changes take effect. At any time, Linca may assign or transfer our contract with you regarding TELIX, including associated rights and obligations. You agree to cooperate with TELIX in such assignments or transfers.

 

5.4 Linca does not guarantee, endorse, defend, or assume responsibility for any service or content advertised or offered by third parties through the TELIX platform.

 

5.5 Linca is not responsible for monitoring any transactions between users and third-party providers of products or services.

 

5.6 You agree to use the TELIX service, including all associated features and functionalities, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions. You also agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, sell, or use (except as expressly authorized in these Terms) any content or information obtained from or through the TELIX service.
 

You further agree not to bypass, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, or interfere with any content protections on the TELIX service; use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the TELIX service; decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or processes accessible through the TELIX service; insert any code or product, or manipulate the content of the TELIX service in any way; or use data mining, data gathering, or extraction methods.
 

Additionally, you agree not to upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise send any material designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment associated with the TELIX service, including software viruses, code, files, or programs.
 

Linca may terminate or restrict your use of the service if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in illegal or fraudulent use of the service. In case of harm to the platform, such as data theft, damage, or service interruption, Linca reserves the right to apply legal penalties to the user.
